What is the theme or focus of the INSIGHT15 conference?
Our agenda focuses on the tools and practices that create excellent experiences and customer retention for life. Our conference content will help dealership employees learn how to best generate more business from their current customers. The initial investment has been made to attain these customers, the relationship must continue though, to derive the most benefit from that investment. Learn how to best utilize technology already in place at the dealership to help improve the Customer Experience. Your success is dependent on the People, Process and Product that is in place at the dealership…come to INSIGHT15 to ensure your team is up to speed in all these areas, which in turn, will drive your profits!

When and where is the INSIGHT15 Customer Loyalty and Retention event?
INSIGHT15 is being held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, FL on March 24-26, 2015.

How much does is cost to attend the conference?
Dealership attendees: $895 (two-night room stay included).
All dealership attendees are being offered an Early Bird special rate of $895, which includes conference registration and a two-night room stay during the conference.

After early bird discount ends, the cost for dealership attendees will remain at $895, but hotel rooms will not be included in the registration cost.

  • Allied Industry attendees: $1,995 Early bird rate – ends soon. Registration will cost $2,495 after early bird discount ends.
  • Exhibitors/Sponsors: Many packages are offered for our exhibitors and sponsors that include registration for a specific number of personnel. If additional personnel attend, the cost is $395 per person.
  • Speakers presenting at our educational sessions: Receive complimentary registration. Hotel room and tax are not included.

What types of payment are accepted?
Payment is accepted via PayPal by credit or debit card. If preferred, payment may also by made by check. Check can be sent to INSIGHT EVENTS, 1512 Nashville Highway, Columbia, TN 38401

I am interested in presenting an educational session. How do I apply?
Please see our Speaker Application tab on our site’s Home page. Complete the form and submit as soon as possible. Your application will be reviewed by our dealer advisory board and you will be notified of its status.

I would be interested in being a sponsor or exhibitor. How do I start that process?
Please visit the Sponsor and Exhibitor Opportunities tab on our home page and complete the short form. A detailed prospectus will be emailed to you.

How do I register to attend INSIGHT15?
Please see our registration page and choose the registration button that corresponds to your status: Dealership attendee, Allied industry attendee, Sponsor dealership guest attendee, or Sponsor/exhibitor attendee.

Who is expected to attend this event?
Any dealership employee who is interested or would benefit from learning processes and practices that drive customer retention. This would include dealer principals, general managers, general sales managers, fixed operations directors, marketing directors, e-commerce directors, internet sales managers, F&I directors, BDC directors, and IT directors.

How do I make my room reservations at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort?
At the end of the conference registration process, attendees will be directed to the Rosen’s reservation site specifically created for attendees of INSIGHT15. Dealership attendees will receive a two-night room stay with their registration if completed before early bird discount ends. Negotiated room rates are available to all other attendees for $169 plus tax/per night until March 1, 2015. You may also call (866) 996.6338 and reference INSIGHT15 while making your reservation.

What are the hours the exhibit hall will be open?
Tuesday, March 24: 5 – 7:30 pm
Wednesday, March 25: 7:30 – 8:45 am; 11:45 am – 2:45 pm; 5:00 – 7:30 pm
Thursday, March 26: 7:30 – 8:45 am

What is included in my registration cost?
You will have admittance to all the educational sessions, keynote addresses,  evening receptions, meals and refreshments held during the conference.

Can I cancel my registration if I cannot attend?
You may cancel your registration to receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, by emailing by March 1, 2015. Cancellations received after March 1, 2015 will be completely non-refundable, although you may transfer your registration to another attendee or receive credit toward a future INSIGHT event. Please contact to arrange transfer or receive credit. Transfers must be completed by March 17, 2015.

When can I pick up my conference badge and program guide?
The program guide will be available both in a digital format and print. The digital ezine guide will be emailed to all attendees on March 17, 2015 so you can get a jump on reviewing the sessions and exhibitors available at the conference. A print version of the guide will be included in all dealers’ bags given out at the onsite registration desks.

Who is responsible for the content of the INSIGHT15 event?
Insight Media Enterprises, Inc. and its media partner, AutoSuccess. The two organizations and their seasoned and experienced teams have joined to bring together the best and most relevant content to make this the best automotive event in 2015. We will also be utilizing a dealer advisory committee to review our session applications and provide input into the sessions chosen for our program.
